Patna, June 8: In a developing situation in Patna, police are actively searching for Khan Sir, following a dispute at a coaching center. A police team is on the move to apprehend him. Meanwhile, Khan Sir has filed for anticipatory bail in court, with a hearing taking place on Monday.
Khan Sir, whose real name is Faisal Khan, had his lawyer submit the anticipatory bail application at the Patna Civil Court. The court heard the case at 12:30 PM but has yet to deliver a verdict. Khan Sir’s attorney, Arvind Kumar Mahuar, stated that a case has been registered against the director of Gyan Bindu and others by Khan Sir’s staff, leading to a counter case against him.
Mahuar mentioned that the court has reserved its decision on the anticipatory bail application. A ruling is expected today or tomorrow, with a detailed hearing scheduled for Tuesday.
Following a complaint by Khan Sir regarding an attack on the coaching center, police have arrested another coaching operator, Roshan Kumar. Khan Sir alleged that gunfire occurred during the incident. However, based on the investigation’s findings and recovered weapons, police have filed an FIR against Khan Sir and two others for incitement and violations of the Arms Act. The search for Khan Sir is ongoing.
It is worth noting that Khan Sir is facing significant challenges following the controversy. There are threats of his coaching center and hospital being sealed. Additionally, police have issued notices regarding safety standards to Khan Sir’s coaching center and hospital. Failure to meet these safety requirements within the stipulated time could lead to further action.
