Bhubaneswar, June 8: Berhampur University (BU) has announced job openings for various faculty positions, including professors, at its PG department and Lingaraj Law College. The application deadline is set for June 10, just a few days away.
The available positions include 19 for professors, 38 for associate professors, and 38 for assistant professors. The online application process began on May 7, and candidates can submit their applications until June 10. Interested and eligible candidates should visit the official website to complete their registration before the deadline.
After successfully applying online, candidates must send a hard copy of their application along with all relevant documents in an envelope addressed to the “Registrar, Berhampur University, Bhanja Bihar, Berhampur-760007, Ganjam District (Odisha)” by post before June 20.
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant subject with at least 55% marks from an Indian university or an equivalent degree from a foreign university, along with a Ph.D. Additionally, candidates should have the required years of experience in the relevant field, and their age should not exceed 60 years.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on application screening, shortlisting, and interviews. The salary for selected candidates will be according to pay levels 10, 13A, and 14.
While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is set at ₹2,000 for general and SEBC candidates, and ₹1,000 for SC, ST, disabled, and female candidates.

Then, register and log in. Fill in all the required information in the form, upload the necessary documents in the correct size, pay the registration fee, and submit the form.
