Raipur, July 18: The Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL) has announced vacancies for 160 apprentice positions for a one-year term. Interested and eligible candidates must submit their applications by July 24.
Among the 160 apprentice roles, there are 90 positions for Graduate Apprentices and 70 for Diploma Apprentices. The Diploma Apprentice roles include 50 positions in Electrical/EEE Engineering and 20 in Mechanical Engineering.
For the Graduate Apprentices, the 90 positions consist of 50 in Electrical/EEE Engineering, 20 in Mechanical Engineering, 5 for General Stream Graduates (B.Sc), 5 for General Stream Graduates (BBA), and 10 for General Stream Graduates (B.Com).
The application process began on June 22 and will close on July 24. Candidates wishing to apply can submit their applications via post or in person at the office between 10 AM and 5 PM. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
Applicants for the Graduate Apprentice positions must hold a degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution or university. For the Diploma Apprentice roles, candidates must possess a diploma in the relevant subject. Note that candidates with one year or more of work experience or those who have undergone similar training at another institution are not eligible to apply.
Selection will be based on a merit list derived from the marks obtained in the Graduation/Diploma examinations. Selected Graduate Apprentices will receive a stipend of ₹12,300 per month, while Diploma Apprentices will earn ₹10,900 per month.
To apply, candidates should first visit the official National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal and register. After successfully submitting the application form, they should download and print it. The completed application, along with all relevant documents, should be sent in an envelope addressed to the Executive Director (Training Research and Development), Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited, Kota Road, Gudiyari, Raipur 492009 (Chhattisgarh) before the deadline. It is mandatory to include the NATS registration number on the application form.
