The Jammu and Kashmir School Education Board (JKBOSE) has announced the results of the Class 10 examinations for the October-November session. The Class 12 results are scheduled to be released at 2 PM today.
Students can check their results online on the official JKBOSE website. The portal allows candidates to verify their passing status and download provisional mark sheets. According to reports, 85 percent of students have successfully passed the Class 10 exams conducted by JKBOSE.
These results pertain to the winter session examinations of the 2025 academic year. The Class 10 exams across various streams in the Union Territory were held from 3rd November to 27th November 2025, while the Class 12 exams took place between 8th November and 3rd December 2025.
In a related update, the JKBOSE has also released the timetable for the 2026 annual regular examinations for students in the Jammu Division Summer Zone. The schedule indicates that Class 10 exams will be conducted from 17th February to 10th March 2026, and Class 12 exams from 23rd February to 28th March 2026. These exams will cover students from various streams across the Union Territory. Candidates will be able to check their results and download their scorecards and mark sheets online.
The exams include major subjects across Science, Commerce, Arts, and Vocational courses. The detailed timetable is available on the official JKBOSE website to assist students in planning their preparation effectively.
It is important to note that a minimum of 33 percent marks is required to pass in both Class 10 and 12 board exams. If a student scores below 33 percent in any subject, they may be declared pass by awarding 5 grace marks. A total of 94,783 students registered for these examinations. Among them, 68,804 students appeared from the Kashmir region, 25,224 from the Jammu region’s winter zone, 660 from Kargil, and 95 from Leh district.
