JD(U) Surpasses 10 Million Members, Marks a New Era of Trust: Umesh Kushwaha

Mumbai, June 3: Umesh Kushwaha, the Bihar JD(U) state president, announced on Wednesday that the party has crossed the significant milestone of over 10 million members.

In a press interaction, Kushwaha stated that with more than 10 million members, the JD(U) family has created a new history of organizational strength. This achievement reflects the trust of the people of Bihar, the hard work of party workers, and the visionary leadership of former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. The party continues to advance with a commitment to development, good governance, and social justice.

He further mentioned that under the skilled leadership and guidance of Nitish Kumar, the JD(U) membership campaign launched on December 6 aims to create 10 million primary members by 2025-28. Thanks to the relentless efforts, unwavering dedication, and immense trust from the public, the party has successfully established a new record by enrolling a total of 10,101,925 primary members. This accomplishment symbolizes the people’s steadfast faith in Nitish Kumar’s leadership and the support for the development and social justice policies implemented over the past two decades.

Kushwaha expressed heartfelt gratitude to all dedicated party officials and workers at the booth, panchayat, block, district, and state levels. Their loyalty, commitment, and tireless efforts have led to the historic success of this membership campaign. The true strength of an organization lies in its workers, and this remarkable achievement has once again proven that when workers are determined, goals turn into accomplishments.

Responding to statements from opposition parties regarding the JD(U), Kushwaha remarked that those making accusations should look at the results of the 2025 assembly elections. There was a visible wave for the NDA and our leader Nitish Kumar, and the public has endorsed his work.

Upon arriving at the party office, Nitish Kumar emphasized his belief in hard work. He met with party workers and listened to their concerns.
