JDU Spokesperson Raises Questions Over Khan Sir Shooting Incident

Patna, June 5: Neeraj Kumar, the chief spokesperson for the Janata Dal (United), has raised several questions regarding the alleged attack on Khan Sir’s coaching institute. He stated that the claims of gunfire are now under scrutiny.

Kumar pointed out that the individual who reported the shooting is now facing questions. Their security personnel and bouncers are currently in police custody as investigations continue. He questioned whether these individuals are jeopardizing the lives of children. Kumar accused them of inciting poor children to participate in protests, leading to legal cases against them, while failing to assist with their bail later.

He emphasized that the police are investigating all facts and circumstances, and clarity will emerge only after the investigation concludes. The JDU leader advised against jumping to conclusions hastily, asserting that the law is taking its course.

Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tenure, Kumar noted that Modi has surpassed the record of former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. He stated that this is significant for both the BJP and Modi, as well as for the public, who have granted them the opportunity to serve for such an extended period.

Kumar criticized the opposition, claiming that the Indian alliance lacks policy, intent, and leadership. He accused them of not engaging in policy debates but resorting to offensive language. He remarked that people do not wish to associate with Congress.

Regarding the reduction of security for Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav and members of former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav’s family, he mentioned that Lalu Prasad Yadav continued to receive security even after being convicted. His wife, former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, and Tejashwi Yadav’s wife and sister also received security.

Kumar concluded by stating that the public has given its mandate, and security-related decisions are made in accordance with established safety standards.
