JD(U) MP Kaushalendra Kumar Criticizes Encounter in Bharat Tiwari Case

Patna, June 23: The Bharat Tiwari case continues to dominate headlines in Bihar. From common citizens to opposition leaders, many are labeling Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary as the villain in this situation. JD(U) MP Kaushalendra Kumar has expressed his disapproval of encounters, stating that such actions are not acceptable. He emphasized that when an individual seeks police protection, they should be taken into custody, not subjected to an encounter.

In a conversation in Patna, Kumar noted that the criticism surrounding the Bharat Tiwari encounter is not limited to the opposition; even members of the ruling party are voicing their concerns against the government.

He pointed out that some individuals are questioning why an encounter occurred after Bharat Tiwari surrendered. It is only natural to believe that an encounter should not have taken place in this context.

Kumar also mentioned Health Minister Nishant Kumar, highlighting that they view him as a future leader of JD(U). This sentiment is shared across Bihar, with many believing that Nishant Kumar could represent the future of the state. The party sees him as a key figure, and they are committed to supporting his advancement.

Additionally, he referred to former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar‘s recent visit to Bihar. Kumar stated that during his speech, Nitish emphasized his commitment to working according to the people’s feedback. He assured that when Parliament convenes in Delhi, he will be present there, dedicating the rest of his time to Bihar. Nitish has worked tirelessly for the people over the past 20 years and is focused on strengthening the organization and advancing Bihar further.
