Iran Urges US to Accept Demands Amid Ongoing Tensions

Tehran, May 23: Discussions continue between Iran and the United States regarding a permanent ceasefire. Both sides are exchanging strong statements. On Saturday, Iran’s Ministry of Defense made significant remarks concerning President Donald Trump. The ministry’s spokesperson stated that the US and Israel have no option but to accept Iran’s demands.

According to Tasnim News Agency, spokesperson Reza Talaei-Nik emphasized that Trump must acknowledge Iranian demands and rights. He stated, “Whether through war or dialogue, this is the only path left for the US and Israel. If they do not comply with Iran’s demands, both will face consequences.”

The spokesperson also accused Trump of ignoring American national interests and fully aligning with Israel. He warned that Trump’s arrogant attitude could plunge the US deeper into the quagmire of war.
