Indore, August 6: In a remarkable display of vigilance and quick thinking, police officers in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, saved a young man’s life. The officers administered CPR to a youth who had collapsed on the street, successfully reviving him.
According to police reports, during a patrol for the Kanwar Yatra in the Rau and Rajendra Nagar areas, officers noticed two students returning home on a motorcycle. Suddenly, the student sitting at the back fell off the moving bike and lost consciousness.
At the time of the incident, Head Constable Balram Chauhan from Rau police station, along with officers Rahul Bordia and Vivek Prajapati from Rajendra Nagar, quickly spotted the unconscious student. Without wasting any time, they rushed to his aid and began administering CPR as a first response.
After performing CPR, the officers arranged for an auto-rickshaw and promptly transported the student to the nearest hospital. There, under the care of doctors, he received the necessary treatment. Thanks to the timely CPR and swift transfer to the hospital, the young man’s life was saved.
