New Delhi, May 27: Indian golfers Diksha Dagar and Pranavi Urs are set to make their mark on the European Tour as they compete in the Jabra Ladies Open in France this week. They will be joined by fellow Indian golfers Avani Prashant and Hitaashi Bakshi at the picturesque Evian Resort Golf Club.
Diksha is in excellent form after a strong start to the 2026 campaign, having achieved two top-10 finishes and two additional top-20 results this year. She has made the cut in seven out of ten starts, placing her 21st in the Ladies European Tour Order of Merit standings.
Last week, Diksha showcased her skills at the Lalla Meryem Cup, securing another top-20 finish. With her confidence growing, the two-time LET winner hopes to convert her recent momentum into a title challenge. Her best result this season was a tie for fifth at the Australian Women’s Classic.
Meanwhile, Pranavi is showing signs of returning to her best form. She narrowly missed a top-10 finish in Morocco last week, ending in a tie for 17th after a challenging final round. Nonetheless, this marks her second top-20 finish of the season, reflecting her consistent performance throughout the year.
The golfer from Mysore has made the cut in seven out of her ten starts this season and currently ranks 49th in the LET Order of Merit. She aims to improve her ranking with a strong performance in France.
Avani Prashant, still in search of a breakthrough finish this season, has participated in nine events so far. Her best result was a tie for 39th at the PIF Saudi Ladies International.
Hitaashi Bakshi, another promising Indian talent, has had an inconsistent rookie season on the LET but has shown her potential. The 21-year-old’s best result this year was a top-10 finish at the Australian WPGA Championship. She is also among the top 100 Indian players in the Order of Merit standings.
