
Lucknow, June 15: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has announced the recruitment of 1,182 Sugar Supervisor positions under the Sugar Supervisor Main Exam 2026. This recruitment is aimed at eligible candidates for roles under the Sugar and Cane Departments.
Among the 1,182 vacancies, there are 1,000 positions for general selection and 182 for special selection. The breakdown for the general selection includes 402 unreserved, 210 for Scheduled Castes, 16 for Scheduled Tribes, 272 for Other Backward Classes, and 100 for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). For the special selection, there are 8 positions for Scheduled Castes, 18 for Scheduled Tribes, and 156 for Other Backward Classes.
The online application process for these vacancies will commence on July 7, with the deadline set for July 28. Candidates wishing to apply can submit their registration forms on the official UPSSSC website once the link is activated. Additionally, a correction window will be available until August 4 for applicants who may make errors while filling out the form.
Applicants must possess a degree in Agricultural Science from a recognized institution or university and a CCC certificate issued by the DOEACC Society. Furthermore, all candidates are required to have a valid PET-2025 scorecard issued by UPSSSC.
The minimum age for applicants is set at 21 years, while the maximum age limit is 40 years. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government regulations. Selection will be based on a written examination and document verification, with salaries ranging between ₹25,500 and ₹81,100 per month for selected candidates.
