Congress Official Expelled for Six Years Over Disciplinary Breach in Mahasamund

Mahasamund, April 5: The Congress party is taking a firm stance to maintain discipline within its ranks. Dwarkadhish Yadav, the president of the Mahasamund District Congress Committee and Khallari MLA, has expelled an official for six years due to a breach of party discipline.

On April 2, party official Vijay Saw exhibited violent behavior, including physical assault and vandalism, within the district Congress office premises. This incident was deemed completely contrary to the party’s ideology and organizational standards, significantly damaging the party’s image.

In light of the seriousness of the incident, the district Congress committee sought clarification from the concerned official. However, Vijay Saw failed to respond within the stipulated timeframe. After reviewing the complaints and facts in accordance with the party’s constitution and disciplinary rules, the district Congress committee made a stringent decision.

Under the directives of Dwarkadhish Yadav, Vijay Saw has been expelled from the primary membership of the Congress party for the next six years, effective immediately. Following this order, the individual will no longer be authorized to participate in any party positions, platforms, or activities.

The district Congress committee has sent a clear message that discipline is paramount within the organization. Any form of indiscipline will not be tolerated, regardless of the official’s level.

This action was taken in accordance with the directives of the PCC. The Mahasamund District Congress Committee has urged party workers to maintain discipline and assist in upholding the dignity of the organization.
