CM Stalin Intensifies Campaign in Dharmapuri Ahead of Tamil Nadu Elections

Chennai, April 15: As the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections approach, political activity is escalating. Voting is scheduled for April 23, with results to be announced on May 4. Major political parties are mobilizing all efforts to attract voters.

In this context, DMK President and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin ramped up his election campaign in Dharmapuri district on Wednesday. This region in northern Tamil Nadu is considered crucial for the elections.

CM Stalin began his day with a morning walk in the Palakode area, engaging directly with the public. He held informal conversations, discussing local issues and highlighting the achievements of his government.

During this outreach, he solicited votes for DMK candidate Senthil Kumar from the Palakode constituency. He interacted with shopkeepers, passersby, and local residents, appealing for support while showcasing the party’s development initiatives.

This campaign in Dharmapuri is part of the DMK’s strategy to strengthen its voter base and counter the aggressive campaigning from opposition parties. Meanwhile, senior leaders from other parties are also actively touring various regions, ramping up efforts through roadshows, public meetings, and door-to-door campaigns to win over voters.

With only a few days left for the election campaign, the political atmosphere in Tamil Nadu is heating up. The strength of alliances is being tested at the grassroots level, as candidates work to engage undecided voters.

In the coming days, the campaigning by major leaders is expected to intensify, as all parties are striving for a decisive victory in this critical election.
