Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Dev Sai Celebrates Hanuman Jayanti at Narmada Kund Temple

Raipur, April 2: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai participated in the Hanuman Jayanti celebrations at the Narmada Kund Temple in Raipur on Thursday. During the event, CM Sai offered prayers at the temple.

In a conversation with the media, he expressed his warm wishes to the people of Chhattisgarh on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti. He stated, “Today is Hanuman Jayanti. First, I want to extend my heartfelt greetings to all the residents of Chhattisgarh.” He mentioned that he prayed to Lord Hanuman for the prosperity of the state. “Lord Ram spent a significant part of his time in exile in Chhattisgarh, and today we celebrate the birth of his devotee. We pray for his blessings to remain upon our state,” he added.

CM Sai also informed that a Ram Katha is being organized at the Narmada Kund Temple, expressing his joy at being part of the event. “This Ram Katha will continue until April 5. Today is a very auspicious day, and we are fortunate to have the opportunity to visit this sacred site where the Ram Katha is taking place,” he said.

He took to the social media platform ‘X’ to convey his wishes, stating, “On the auspicious occasion of the birth of Lord Hanuman, the symbol of courage, strength, service, and unwavering devotion, I extend my best wishes to all the residents of the state. May Lord Hanuman inspire courage, strength, and service in our lives and protect us from all adversities. I wish for happiness, prosperity, and success in your lives through his grace.”

Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw also shared his greetings on ‘X’, saying, “Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to everyone on the birth anniversary of Lord Hanuman, the supreme devotee of Lord Ram and Rudra avatar. May the blessings of Lord Hanuman, the giver of the eight Siddhis and nine treasures, remain upon all.”

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma added his wishes on ‘X’, stating, “Warm greetings and best wishes to all residents on the occasion of Lord Hanuman’s birth anniversary.”
