Mumbai, April 2: The Maharashtra government executed a significant administrative reshuffle on Thursday, transferring 25 IAS officers.
According to the orders issued by the government, G. Shrikant has been removed from his position as the Commissioner of the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation and appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Jal Jeevan Mission in Navi Mumbai. Meanwhile, Dilip Swami has been transferred from the post of Collector of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to become the Managing Director of the Maharashtra State Seeds Corporation in Akola.
Varsha Thakur-Ghuge has been appointed as the Joint Chief Executive Officer at the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) in Mumbai, moving from her role as Collector of Latur. Deepak Singla has been shifted from the Additional Commissioner position at Pune PMRDA to become the Commissioner of MGNREGS in Nagpur.
Similarly, K. Manjulekshmi has been transferred from the Commissioner of Kolhapur Municipal Corporation to the role of Additional Municipal Commissioner at Pune PMRDA, while Dr. Rajendra Bharud has been appointed as the new Commissioner of Kolhapur Municipal Corporation.
Dr. Pravin Kumar Devre has been designated as the Collector of Buldhana, moving from the position of Animal Husbandry Commissioner in Pune. Dr. Bharat Bastewad has been appointed as the Collector of Latur, and Varsha Ladda has been named the Commissioner of Amaravati Municipal Corporation.
Amol Yedge has been appointed as the Commissioner of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation, while Dr. Vijay Rathod has taken over as the Collector of Kolhapur. Vinay Gauda has been transferred from Chandrapur to become the Collector of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
Dr. Kiran Patil has been appointed as the Animal Husbandry Commissioner in Pune, and Dr. Mangesh Gondavale has been designated as the Collector of Gondia.
Kumar Aashirwad has been appointed as the Collector of Nagpur, Vasumuna Pant as the Collector of Chandrapur, and Prajeet Nair as the Additional Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation.
Additionally, Ankit has been named the Additional Commissioner of Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Karthikeyan S. as the Collector of Solapur, and Sanjita Mohapatra as the Commissioner of Sangli-Miraj-Kupwad Municipal Corporation.
