
Raipur, April 15: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called a special three-day parliamentary session to discuss the Women’s Reservation Bill. This session is scheduled for April 16, 17, and 18. During these days, various aspects of the bill will be thoroughly examined, ensuring that no point is overlooked.
In a conversation with reporters on Wednesday, he noted that women across the country are showing their support for the Women’s Reservation Bill. They are organizing various programs to express their backing, paving the way for their empowerment. It is essential to expand women’s participation in politics at this time.
Chief Minister Sai mentioned that, considering the current situation, another program was organized today, attended by several senior leaders. In this event, they engaged in detailed discussions regarding the Women’s Reservation Bill.
He further stated that it would not be incorrect to say that women excelling in various fields have enhanced the dignity of this conference by participating. The discussions focused on how to empower women moving forward. Our primary goal is to empower the women of our country, and we cannot afford any negligence in this direction.
