Indore, June 12: A tragic accident occurred late Thursday night in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, when a young man exiting a car was struck and killed by a bus. The deceased has been identified as a relative of a central minister.
According to police reports, the incident took place around 11 PM in the Shreepra police station area. Three young men from Ballia district in Uttar Pradesh were traveling by car. During the journey, Prashant Singh exited the vehicle in the Shreepra area, at which point a speeding passenger bus collided with him. Prashant fell to the ground, severely injured. He was rushed to a private hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Following the accident, the bus driver fled the scene with the vehicle. Police are actively searching for the driver. Upon learning of Prashant Singh’s connection to a central minister, several BJP leaders and administrative officials arrived at the scene. An autopsy is being conducted, and legal proceedings are underway. Meanwhile, police have registered a case and are working to locate the vehicle and its driver.
