Celina Jaitly Stands Firm Amid Legal Dispute with Husband Peter Haag

Mumbai, June 5: Actress Celina Jaitly is once again in the spotlight due to her personal life. Amid an ongoing divorce and custody battle with her husband Peter Haag, she has openly responded to legal notices sent by him and her father-in-law, Wolfgang Haag. In a lengthy statement on Instagram, Celina asserted that she will not bow to any legal threats or pressure. She is determined to fight for her children, her rights, and justice.

On Friday, Celina took to her Instagram account to address the legal notices recently issued by her husband and father-in-law. The notices accused her of defamation and warned of legal action. However, Celina clarified that she has responded to these notices through her legal representative.

She stated, “For many years, publicity surrounding our family has been promoted, including magazine covers, interviews, and various articles. But now that I have started discussing my personal struggles, legal battles, and concerns as a mother, instead of a response, I received legal notices. These children are mine; I am their mother, and I will continue this fight for them.”

Celina further emphasized her stance on joint custody and amicable divorce. She mentioned that she has repeatedly attempted to seek a peaceful resolution but has been unable to communicate with her children despite court orders. She expressed her concern that efforts are being made to alienate her from her children.

In her statement, Celina also voiced her fears regarding her children being taken out of the jurisdictions of Austria and India without their knowledge and consent. “As a mother, it is both my right and responsibility to publicly raise such concerns and protect my children’s interests,” she said.

Previously, the legal notices from Peter Haag and his father claimed that the public allegations made in this matter were damaging their image and could affect the children. However, Celina Jaitly argues that these actions are attempts to defame, intimidate, and silence her.
