If you are one of them, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has released an official notification for recruitment for various positions, including Assistant Professor, across 21 roles.
The application process for these positions has commenced in offline mode, with the deadline set for April 7. Eligible and interested candidates are advised to submit their registration forms within this timeframe.
The 21 positions for which BMC is accepting applications include one each for Assistant Physiotherapist, Assistant Occupational Therapist, Counseling Psychologist, Special Teacher-I, Dental Technician, and Peon; two each for Assistant Professor, Junior Occupational Therapist, and Nurse; and three each for Audiologist, Speech Therapist, Special Teacher-II, and Data Entry Operator.
Candidates filling out the application forms must possess a graduation/post-graduation degree/diploma or have completed the 10th grade from a recognized institution or university, along with other specified qualifications and experience.
The minimum age for applicants is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is capped at 38 years. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations. All applicants must also pay the prescribed application fee of ₹933.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on merit, shortlisting, interviews, and document verification. The salary for selected candidates will range from ₹15,000 to ₹1,10,000 per month, depending on the position.
