BJP Strengthens Its Organization in Punjab, Claims Victory: Manohar Lal

Karnal, June 21: Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs and Power, Manohar Lal, targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi during a press conference on Sunday. He asserted that the public is well aware of the outreach efforts and decisions made by political leaders. Manohar Lal confidently claimed that the BJP will secure victory in Punjab.

While addressing reporters in Karnal, he commented on Rahul Gandhi’s interactions with the public, stating, “Leaders of any political party should engage with the public and listen to their issues. BJP leaders are consistently communicating with the people. However, it is the public that decides how they perceive a leader’s outreach efforts.”

He emphasized that the opinions the public has formed about various political parties and leaders over the years are well-known.

Discussing Punjab’s political landscape and the BJP’s preparations, the central minister noted, “The party’s top leadership is continuously visiting the state. In addition to BJP National President Nitin Gadkari’s visit to Punjab, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah will also be traveling to the state.”

He mentioned that he himself visited Punjab last week, where party workers are actively engaging with the community to promote BJP’s policies and achievements.

Manohar Lal expressed confidence, stating, “Following the elections in West Bengal, the BJP will also achieve success in the upcoming assembly elections in Punjab. The party’s organization is steadily strengthening, and public support for the BJP is increasing.”

During this event, the central minister also participated in the inauguration ceremony of a sewing training center established by the Antyodaya Foundation in Kachhwa village, Karnal. He remarked that such initiatives connecting rural women to skill development play a crucial role in empowering them economically and fostering self-reliance.

He further noted on the social media platform ‘X’ that when women receive job-oriented training and opportunities, they not only enhance their family’s economic status but also contribute significantly to nation-building. He congratulated the Antyodaya Foundation for this welfare initiative and expressed hope that the center will bring about positive changes in the lives of many women.
