Jodhpur, June 16: BJP MP Tejasvi Surya recently outlined the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi as he marks 12 years in office.
During a press interaction, Surya emphasized that under Modi’s leadership, development has accelerated across all sectors. He stated that the Prime Minister has ensured that there is no negligence in developmental activities, leading to progress in various fields.
Surya noted that for the first time, both terrorism and Naxalism have faced significant setbacks during Modi’s tenure. He claimed that the situation regarding Naxalism has deteriorated to the point where it is nearly extinguished. The government has worked diligently to establish peace throughout the country.
He also highlighted the transformation in mobile phone manufacturing, which was previously done abroad. Thanks to Modi’s initiatives, mobile phones are now assembled domestically, providing employment opportunities for the youth.
Furthermore, Surya discussed India’s development amidst global challenges, including those posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine conflict. He praised policymakers for their efforts in maintaining rapid growth during these trying times, viewing it as a testament to Modi’s comprehensive development approach.
The MP stressed that Modi’s government has prioritized women’s empowerment and has implemented ambitious plans to create job opportunities for the youth. He asserted that the BJP is the only party actively voicing the concerns of young people across the nation, uniting communities from Jammu and Kashmir to Assam.
In response to violent protests, Surya reiterated the importance of peaceful demonstrations in a democracy. He advocated for a non-violent approach to protests, emphasizing that there should be no tolerance for violence in any form.
