New Delhi, July 2: BJP MP Manan Kumar Mishra has addressed several pressing issues, including the Kichha land dispute, allegations of fund misappropriation related to the Ram Temple, complaints from the Faizabad Bar Association, accusations from Arvind Kejriwal, and attacks on TMC MP Mahua Moitra.
Regarding the Kichha land dispute, Mishra stated that Robert Vadra and his associates are attempting to seize valuable land. He expressed confidence that the current government will not allow this scheme to succeed, emphasizing that it appears to be a well-planned conspiracy to acquire the land.
On the complaint filed by the Faizabad Bar Association against Champat Rai, Anil Rai, Gopal Rai, and others, he remarked that anyone, including lawyers or bar associations, can file complaints. He noted that an SIT investigation is already underway, and an FIR has been registered with some names mentioned and others listed as unknown. He believes the new complaint may not hold up due to the existing FIR. Mishra suggested that if the Bar Association has any evidence, it should be presented to the police, and only if the police refuse to act should further steps be taken. Ultimately, he stated, it is up to the magistrate to decide the matter’s validity.
Responding to Kejriwal’s allegations regarding the Ram Temple fund misappropriation, Mishra accused Kejriwal of putting on a show. He referenced Kejriwal’s comments about his grandmother’s views on demolishing a mosque to build a temple, questioning who would visit such a temple. Mishra asserted that Kejriwal is now free to make baseless claims as the people of Delhi have given him a break, and Punjab is also moving to dismiss him. He emphasized that Kejriwal’s focus on the temple issue is merely a distraction.
On the incidents of eggs being thrown at TMC MP Mahua Moitra in West Bengal, Mishra stated that the public has grown to despise the TMC. Initially, fear prevented people from speaking out, but with the BJP now in power, public anger is surfacing against TMC leaders. He noted that the police are taking action to prevent such incidents, countering claims that they are inactive. Mishra warned that attempts by TMC to deflect blame will not succeed, as the public’s anger will take time to subside. He believes that eventually, people will forget the TMC’s misdeeds against them.
