New Delhi, June 14: The Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) has announced the recruitment of qualified candidates for 15 positions, including Manager roles. This official notification is a great opportunity for job seekers in the biotechnology sector. The appointments will initially be on a contract basis for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and departmental needs.
Among the 15 vacancies are positions for 1 Manager (Regulatory Affairs), 1 Manager (Research Analysis), 2 Senior Program Officers, 3 Program Officers, 1 Project Management Analyst, 2 Finance Officers, 1 Administrative Assistant, 1 Officer (Legal), 2 Young Professionals, and 1 Associate Consultant – Clean Energy.
The online application process has commenced, with the deadline set for July 8. Eligible candidates wishing to apply can submit their registration forms on BIRAC’s official portal before the deadline.
Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharma, Management, Health Innovation, or Public Policy from a recognized institution. A Ph.D. in Life Sciences or related fields, along with relevant work experience, is also required.
The maximum age limit for applicants ranges from 26 to 45 years, depending on the position, calculated as of the application deadline. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection will be based on educational qualifications, experience, shortlisting, interviews, and document verification. The monthly salary for selected candidates will range from ₹30,000 to ₹2,70,000, depending on the position.
