Amit Shahs Upcoming Visit to Bikaner: Key Discussions on Border Security

Bikaner, May 17: Union Minister of Law and Justice, Arjun Ram Meghwal, addressed journalists in Bikaner, clarifying the central government’s stance on several important issues. He discussed the proposed visit of Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, border security, the BJP’s organizational programs, and various government initiatives.

Meghwal announced, “Home Minister Amit Shah is expected to visit Bikaner soon. He is likely to stay overnight on May 25 and will hold a meeting with the Border Security Force (BSF) and other security agencies on May 26. This meeting will involve a detailed review of the security situation in border districts, challenges at the border, and the safety of citizens.”

The minister emphasized that the safety of citizens living in border areas is the government’s top priority. He acknowledged the increasing challenges along the Pakistan border and assured that the central government is maintaining full vigilance.

In defense of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s foreign trips, Meghwal stated, “Whenever the Prime Minister travels abroad, decisions are made in the interest of India. The nation’s interest is always paramount during these visits.”

He also expressed concern over disruptions in oil supplies, stating that the government is working on alternative arrangements to minimize the impact on citizens and the economy.

Highlighting the BJP’s organizational programs, Meghwal said, “It is part of the BJP’s operational strategy to conduct membership drives, prepare new workers, and provide training to them.” He noted that the ongoing training camps are aligned with the party’s ideology and policies.

He stressed, “No matter how senior a worker is, attending the training camp is mandatory.”

Responding to the opposition’s continuous attacks regarding the NEET exam paper leak controversy, Meghwal stated that the central government is fully sensitive to the issue. In response to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s demand for the removal of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, he remarked, “When an investigation is underway, they should also focus on that. However, as they are in opposition, they will voice their opinions. Nonetheless, the government is sensitive to this matter. The investigation process is progressing rapidly, and if anyone is found guilty, they will not be spared.”

Meghwal mentioned various welfare schemes initiated by the central government, highlighting that these programs benefit the poor, farmers, women, and youth. He emphasized the need for better implementation of these schemes at the local level.
