New Delhi, June 29: Deputy Speaker of the Delhi Assembly, Mohan Singh Bisht, praised Chief Minister Rekha Gupta during the ‘Developed India Resolution Conference.’ He emphasized that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for a developed India should not only be applicable at the national level but also at the assembly and state levels.
Bisht stated to reporters, “What does a developed India mean? It’s not just about the entire country. There is a vision from Prime Minister Modi for every assembly constituency and the whole state. We are organizing programs to turn that vision into reality.”
He highlighted the achievements over the past year and a quarter, saying, “We are informing the public about the work we have accomplished in the last 15 months. We are sharing details about the various projects we have completed and the significant funding we received from the government for these initiatives.”
Reiterating his commitment to making Mustafabad an ideal assembly constituency, Bisht declared, “In the next one or two years, Mustafabad will become Delhi’s best model assembly, and I will ensure that happens.”
Commenting on former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s call for building temples in Punjab, Mohan Singh Bisht quipped, “Now he remembers Sitaram. His time is about to end. Whether he builds a Sitaram temple or a Hanuman temple, he is reaping the consequences of his earlier thoughts.”
Earlier, while addressing a devotional event in Mustafabad, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta praised Mohan Singh Bisht, stating, “There is no doubt that if we were to choose the most hardworking and determined MLA among Delhi’s 70 legislators, it would be Mohan Singh Bisht.”
