
New Delhi, August 2: A significant opportunity has emerged for those aspiring to work with the Airports Authority of India (AAI). The AAI has announced a recruitment notification for a total of 389 positions, including managerial roles. The application process will commence on August 8.
Among the 389 vacancies, there are 145 positions for Manager (Engineering-Civil), 16 for Manager (Engineering-Electrical), 34 for Manager (Finance), 5 for Manager (Information Technology), 4 for Manager (Architecture), 2 for Manager (Law), 14 for Manager (Fire Services), 28 for Manager (Operations), 9 for Manager (Commercial), 1 for Manager (Corporate Planning and Management Services), 2 for Manager (Corporate Communications), 36 for Junior Executive (Finance), 6 for Junior Executive (Law), 79 for Junior Executive (Operations), and 8 for Junior Executive (Survey and Cartography).
The online application process will begin on August 8, with the deadline set for September 7. Eligible candidates wishing to apply for these positions can submit their registration forms on the AAI’s official website once the application link is activated.
Applicants must possess a relevant graduation or post-graduation degree from a recognized institution or university, depending on the position. Additionally, candidates must have the specified years of experience in the relevant field.
The maximum age limit for Manager positions is set at 32 years, while for Junior Executive roles, it is 27 years, calculated as of the application deadline. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a computer-based examination (objective type), verification of applications, interviews, physical measurement tests, driving tests, and physical endurance tests, among other stages. Selected candidates for Manager positions will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000, while those chosen for Junior Executive roles will earn between ₹40,000 and ₹1,40,000. Additional benefits and allowances will also be provided.
When filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is set at ₹1,000 for General/OBC/EWS categories. Women, SC/ST candidates, and those from the PWD category are exempt from the registration fee.
