25 Couples to Wed for Just One Rupee in Mass Wedding on December 10

Jodhpur, December 6 (Daily Kiran) – Under the Shiv Shakti Parinay Mahotsav, Helping People Trust will organize a mass inter-caste wedding ceremony on December 10. The event will take place at Arya Samaj Gokulji’s Piau, where 25 couples will take seven pheras to become life partners. The event poster was recently unveiled.

Poonam Pohani, National President of Helping People Trust, along with Mandal Presidents Neelu and Manohar Singh Tak, stated that the trust has been serving society for six years by arranging weddings for just one rupee. Nursing officer and senior committee member Tej Kanwar added that each newlywed couple will receive a handmade special gift and a fixed deposit of one lakh rupees to ensure a secure and dignified start to their new family life.

The trust is actively working in Ahmedabad, Pali, and Jodhpur regions, continuously supporting backward classes, needy families, and helpless individuals. They provide educational materials, school bags, books, sewing machines for poor women, and other tools for self-reliance.
