Mumbai, May 24: In the film industry, many artists are now seeking roles that go beyond glamorous characters. They want to be part of projects that offer emotional and spiritual connections along with acting.
Recently, actress Tridha Chaudhary expressed her heartfelt desire to work with actor Ranveer Singh. She stated that being part of a mythological film like the ‘Shiva Trilogy’ would be a dream come true for her.
When asked about the type of role she would like to play in a major historical or mythological film, Tridha mentioned her interest in a film based on Amish Tripathi’s acclaimed book series, ‘Shiva Trilogy.’
“I recently heard that Ranveer Singh has acquired the film rights to the ‘Shiva Trilogy.’ I am very excited about this news. I am a huge fan of Ranveer Singh and admire him greatly as an actor. His energy in every character inspires me. Working with him is my dream,” she said.
Tridha further added, “I have a deep faith in Lord Shiva, which is why I feel an emotional connection to the ‘Shiva Trilogy.’ I have read the entire series, and the story has greatly impacted me. If I get the opportunity to act in such a mythological film, it would be the most special experience of my career.”
During the conversation, she emphasized that looking beautiful or playing glamorous roles is not her primary concern. “An artist’s true identity lies in their acting. If someone only looks good on screen but fails to portray their character effectively, the audience cannot connect with them,” she explained.
The actress highlighted that critical acclaim is more important to her. “If people appreciate my acting and feel that I have done justice to my character, that is my greatest success. I always want to choose roles that allow me to act and convey emotions to the audience.”
