Both leaders deliberated on policy initiatives that the state government should undertake to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Topics included global manufacturing, green energy, the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on jobs, and the importance of skilling and re-skilling.
The Chief Minister stated that the government must adopt an aggressive strategy to attract substantial global investments through new initiatives. He highlighted the necessity of transforming Telangana into a manufacturing powerhouse, which requires a well-planned approach to engage global institutions and companies.
They also discussed the economic implications of the AI revolution and effective ways to leverage AI in the coming years. The Chief Minister requested Narayan’s continued guidance and collaboration for the sustainable development of Telangana.
On December 9, 2025, the state government released the ‘Vision 2047’ document, aiming to establish Telangana as a $3 trillion economy by 2047, with an interim target of $1 trillion by 2034. A roadmap has been set to achieve these goals, focusing on three sector-based areas: core urban region economy, peri-urban region economy, and rural agri-region economy.
