
Mumbai, June 24: Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu recently shared a glimpse of her high-intensity workout on social media, revealing the toll it took on her after an hour of rigorous exercise.
In her Instagram story, Taapsee posted a photo showing her exhausted yet glowing face post-workout. She captioned the image, “After completing 275 burpees, 200 sit-ups, 150 push-ups, and 150 air squats in 60 minutes, this is how I feel.”
Taapsee has a history of sharing her workout updates with fans. On June 3, she posted a picture revealing bruises on her back, advising, “The lesson from this story is to avoid doing back and core exercises on rough ground simultaneously.”
On the professional front, the 38-year-old actress began her acting career in 2010 with the Telugu film “Jhummandi Naadam.” She made her Hindi cinema debut in 2013 with David Dhawan’s “Chashme Buddoor.”
Recently, Taapsee appeared in director Anubhav Sinha’s film “Aastha,” a powerful courtroom drama based on sexual harassment cases. The film follows an investigator and defense team as they uncover shocking truths and human pain hidden behind the statistics.
Taapsee will soon be seen in the Netflix film “Gandhari,” which revolves around a mother facing every challenge to fulfill her mission. Packed with mystery and intense action, she portrays a strong and resilient mother, alongside actor Ishwak Singh in a significant role.
