The administration has mandated that retailers sell only rice varieties suitable for this season and adhere strictly to seed certification and record-keeping regulations.

Sujata, the Deputy Director of Seed Inspection, stated in a press release that farmers across the district are preparing for Samba cultivation. It is essential to provide them with high-quality seeds for this season.
