In his speech, PM Modi emphasized the importance of youth as a national strength, stating that a healthy and disciplined youth is vital for the nation. He noted that in recent years, sports have been recognized as a crucial element of national development. Initiatives like “Khelo India” have revitalized the sports ecosystem in the country, strengthening the existing sports infrastructure.

The Prime Minister highlighted that India’s healthcare approach is shifting from treatment to prevention and holistic wellness. The country is enhancing its healthcare system focused on preventive care and overall health, ensuring a healthier future for every citizen.

He mentioned that the health infrastructure has significantly improved over the past few years, with hundreds of medical colleges established. The Ayushman Bharat scheme has expanded healthcare access to villages, and India’s yoga and Ayurveda are gaining global recognition. This burgeoning healthcare economy is creating new opportunities for the youth.
