SPMCIL Recruitment 2026: Applications Open for 24 Positions Including Assistant Manager

New Delhi, August 13: The Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India (SPMCIL) has announced the recruitment of eligible candidates for various positions, including Assistant Manager, through an official notification on its website.

SPMCIL has released a total of 24 vacancies. These include 1 Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer, 4 Assistant Managers (HR), 9 Assistant Managers (Finance and Accounts), 4 Assistant Managers (Materials Management), 2 Assistant Managers (IT), 1 Assistant Manager (Official Language), and 3 Assistant Managers (Safety).

The online application process for these positions began on July 25 and will close on August 24. Candidates wishing to apply must complete their registration on the SPMCIL official website by 5 PM on the final date.

Applicants must meet specific educational qualifications. For the Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer role, candidates should have a full-time BE/BTech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized institution. For the Assistant Manager (HR) position, a first-class full-time Master’s degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with an HR elective is required.

Candidates applying for the Assistant Manager (Finance and Accounts) role must possess a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree along with CA/ICWA. For the Assistant Manager (Materials Management), a first-class full-time degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Pulp and Paper Technology/Electronics/Printing Technology) is necessary, along with a postgraduate degree/diploma in relevant fields and two years of experience.

For the Assistant Manager (IT) position, a first-class full-time MCA or BTech in Computer Engineering/IT is required. The Assistant Manager (Official Language) must have a first-class Master’s degree in Hindi or English, with translation experience. The Assistant Manager (Safety) requires a recognized degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology and at least two years of supervisory experience in a factory.

Candidates must also have relevant experience and skills as specified for each position. The maximum age limit is set at 35 years for the Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer and 30 years for all other positions, calculated as of the application deadline. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates from reserved categories.

Selection will be based on an online examination, interview, and document verification. The salary for the Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer will range from ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000 per month, while other positions will offer between ₹40,000 and ₹1,40,000 per month.

Applicants must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is ₹1,000 for General/EWS/OBC candidates (including ex-servicemen) and ₹200 for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
