New Delhi, August 13: The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga‘ campaign has sparked enthusiasm across the nation. Nitin Naveen, the national president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, and Union Home Minister Amit Shah participated in the initiative by hoisting the national flag on the rooftop of their residence in New Delhi on Thursday, proudly capturing the moment in a selfie.
Nitin Naveen emphasized that this campaign, launched at the behest of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, aims to instill a sense of respect and pride for the tricolor among every Indian. He urged citizens to hoist the flag at their homes and join in this national celebration.
On the social media platform ‘X’, he wrote, “In response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call, I hoisted the tricolor at my residence under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga‘ campaign, honoring our collective resolve and the martyrs of our freedom struggle. Let us all hoist the tricolor at our homes and be part of this glorious campaign. Take a picture with the flag and share it on social media with ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ to make this public participation initiative even more widespread.”
In another post, he expressed, “Today, I feel proud to be part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. Over 3 million people have already uploaded selfies of themselves hoisting the tricolor on the official website, and I have shared mine too. Now, it’s your turn to join in this celebration. Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Man Tiranga.”
He added that the tricolor is not just a flag but a symbol of the sacrifices, struggles, and unity of millions of Indians. He encouraged every family to participate in this campaign and share their photos on social media to amplify the movement.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah also hoisted the tricolor at his residence in New Delhi. He posted on ‘X’, stating, “I hoisted the tricolor at my residence under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. Launched under the leadership of PM Modi, this initiative is strengthening the feelings of patriotism and pride in every Indian. Today, millions of countrymen are connecting with the tricolor and empowering the spirit of ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’.”
