New Delhi, September 23 (Daily Kiran) : Various districts in New Delhi hosted special voter registration camps as part of a significant initiative aimed at increasing voter registration among eligible citizens. These camps provided crucial information about the voter list and assisted citizens in filing claims and objections related to their voter status.
In the North East Delhi district, multiple assembly constituency polling stations, including areas like Gonda, Babarpur, Mustafabad, and Karawal Nagar, were designated for these camps. Officials prioritized the registration of eligible voters, ensuring that they received information about the voter registration process and assistance with required documents and claims.
Teams from the Electoral Registration Office (ERO) and district administration visited the special camps in the Gonda assembly area to assess the arrangements. They monitored the proceedings to ensure that voters faced no difficulties during the registration process. The district team also addressed the concerns and questions raised by citizens present at the camps.
