Mumbai, August 7: Shreya Kalra has claimed the trophy of the web reality show ‘Lockup: Truth or Punishment.’ After the show’s conclusion, she shared her plans with the media, stating that she intends to use her prize money to support contestant Shilpa Shinde’s shelter home.
When asked about her plans for the prize money and her dreams, Shreya responded, “I don’t believe in luxury items, nor am I fond of cars. I enjoy buying and giving gifts, but amidst all this, I have decided to help Shilpa ji’s shelter home.”
In addition to supporting Shilpa’s initiative, Shreya expressed her desire to make a smart financial investment. She mentioned, “I also plan to invest this money in property to gain some returns, as I am Sindhi and have a strong business mind. So, these are the two things I have in mind for this 1 crore rupees.”
Throughout the season, Shreya and Shilpa maintained a strong bond, navigating the ups and downs within the Lockup house. Shilpa had previously expressed her commitment to creating a shelter home for those in need, dedicating her efforts to help and care for people requiring support and love.
Social media influencer Shreya Kalra emerged as the winner of Lockup Season 2 during the grand finale held on August 5, defeating Shivangi Joshi, who was the first runner-up, while Yogesh secured the second runner-up position. Shilpa Shinde concluded her journey as the fourth runner-up.
‘Lockup’ is a unique show based on a ‘jail’ theme, where controversial and well-known personalities are placed in a high-security jail-like environment. Contestants are required to reveal secrets from their personal lives and face challenging tasks.
