Lucknow, May 21: A shocking incident has come to light in Lucknow, where the body of a teenage girl was discovered in a suitcase under a seat on the S1 coach of the Chapra-Gomti Express at the Gomtinagar railway station on May 17. Upon opening the suitcase, the Government Railway Police (GRP) found the girl’s remains, which were dismembered into six parts, notably missing the head.
To uncover the truth behind this horrific crime, the police formed three investigative teams. During their inquiry, they examined CCTV footage from the Tamkuhi railway station in Kushinagar district. This led them to a crucial lead that ultimately pointed to the culprits. The investigation revealed that the victim, 16-year-old Shabba, was murdered by her own father, Wiggann Ansari (44), along with her sister Noorjahan (55) and brother-in-law Mojibullah Ansari (65).
SP Railway Rohit Mishra confirmed that all three suspects were apprehended in Kushinagar, where significant evidence related to the murder was recovered. Reports indicate that Shabba had been involved in a romantic relationship, which prompted her father to conspire with his sister and brother-in-law to kill her and subsequently dismember her body.
The SP further stated that the police are currently conducting a search operation along the Kushinagar district and Bihar border for the victim’s missing head. He revealed that the father had two other older daughters who had married against his wishes, causing him ongoing distress. Additionally, the youngest daughter had been communicating with someone over the phone, which led to repeated warnings from the father. This ongoing tension within the household ultimately culminated in the tragic murder of his underage daughter. The police are continuing their investigation and further actions are underway.
