
New Delhi, June 24: The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced an official notification inviting applications for 35 Bank Medical Officer (BMO-II) positions on a regular basis. Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.
The online application process for these BMO positions commenced on June 24, with the deadline set for July 14. Interested candidates can submit their registration forms on SBI’s official portal before or by the final date.
Applicants must hold an MBBS degree from a university or college recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council. Additionally, candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to those with a Post Graduate Diploma or an MD/MS degree or its equivalent.
The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 35 years, calculated as of April 31. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on an online written examination (CBT), shortlisting, interviews, local language proficiency tests (LLPT), final results, and a waiting list. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹64,820 to ₹93,960, along with additional benefits and allowances.
While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is set at ₹750 for General/EWS/OBC categories. Candidates from SC/ST/PWD categories will be exempt from the registration fee.
