Noida, June 18: Uttar Pradesh Minister Sanjay Nishad has reacted to various political matters, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s praise at the G7 summit and claims regarding opposition MPs joining the NDA.
In a recent conversation, Nishad expressed gratitude towards Trump for recognizing India’s potential as a global power. He congratulated PM Modi for empowering India on the world stage. He noted that despite economic challenges, Modi has made India self-reliant.
Regarding the Ram Mandir issue, Nishad stated, “I have always maintained that where the elephant, bicycle, and fist reside, attempts are made to disrupt the atmosphere whenever possible. I thank Yogi Adityanath for ensuring thorough investigations into any matter that comes to his attention, with strict action taken against those found guilty.”
Nishad emphasized the distinction between religion and politics. He explained that while politics involves selection and elections, religious systems are driven by ideology. He stressed the need for preventive measures to avoid incidents at temples across the country.
On claims about Samajwadi Party MPs, Nishad remarked that if they align with BJP’s ideology, they are welcome to join. He highlighted the necessity for development in the country, asserting that those opposing progress cannot sustain their political careers.
Regarding the government’s preparation to introduce the Women’s Reservation Bill in the upcoming monsoon session, Nishad stated that those who voted against it have faced electoral defeats, particularly in Bengal. He noted that no women supported them in the elections, indicating strong backing for the bill.
Commenting on the Samajwadi Party’s efforts to engage the Brahmin community, Nishad explained that the Brahmin community has historically been politically active, focusing on education and guidance. He asserted that their ideology aligns with the BJP, while the Samajwadi Party opposes it. He predicted that despite any photo opportunities, voters will ultimately support the BJP.
