Mumbai, March 17: Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 have surfaced in unboxing and hands-on videos ahead of their official launch. The clips, shared by tipster @VerdeSelvans on X, provide an early look at these mid-range smartphones.
Although Samsung has not yet made an official announcement, the videos show retail units being handled in a store in Thailand. A notable detail is the packaging; unlike the minimalistic boxes used for Galaxy S flagships, these boxes prominently display the model names, aligning with Samsung’s straightforward branding for its mid-range lineup.
Leaks indicate that the Galaxy A37 will be available in several color options, including Greygreen, Charcoal, Lavender, and White. The phone showcases a familiar Samsung design, featuring a clean rear panel and a vertical triple-camera setup, although the bezels remain noticeable. The Key Island button design is also present, with the power and volume buttons slightly raised on the right edge.
In the leaked clips, the Galaxy A57 appears in purple, with additional rumored colors such as Gray, Icy Blue, Lilac, and Navy. This device seems to have slimmer bezels compared to the A37 and features slightly smoother edges, giving it a more refined appearance. Both phones are expected to run an early version of Samsung’s software, likely One UI based on Android.
The leak also discloses the official MRP for the Galaxy A57 in Thailand: 17,999 THB ($555 / ₹51,182) for the 12GB + 256GB variant and 20,999 THB ($645 / ₹59,685) for the 12GB + 512GB model. This marks an increase of approximately 2,000 THB compared to the launch price of the Galaxy A56 (12GB + 256GB).
