In her heartfelt caption, Rupali wrote, “Has it ever happened that an animal suddenly walks up to you? It happens to me quite often. I feel I don’t find these innocent souls — they find me. Today again, while I was out taking pictures, a small, adorable dog came and stood beside me. These lovely guests feel like blessings from Mahakal Baba, reminding us that love and compassion exist everywhere.”

Rupali added that she doesn’t see animals as mere pets, but as a part of her life and a gift from God. The actress frequently uses her social media platforms to raise awareness about animal welfare, spreading messages of kindness and empathy towards stray animals.

For those unaware, Rupali Ganguly is the daughter of noted filmmaker Anil Ganguly. She began her acting career in 1996 with the film Angaara and appeared in films such as Saheb, Ranbhoomi, and Dashavatar. However, her real fame came from television, where she became a household name through shows like Sarabhai vs Sarabhai and the long-running hit Anupamaa.

Currently, Rupali continues to play the lead role in Anupamaa, one of India’s most-watched TV serials. Despite multiple storyline shifts, her character remains at the centre of the show’s evolving narrative.
