Patna, May 28: Bihar Minister Ram Kripal Yadav recently addressed the possibility of Prashant Kishor contesting elections from the Bankipur assembly seat. He stated that the BJP has consistently won in this region and will continue to do so. “Who knows Prashant Kishor there?” he questioned, emphasizing the significant work done by National President Nitin Nabin in the area. Yadav believes that if Kishor runs, he will only secure a low position in the elections.
When asked about comments made by JDU leaders regarding Anand Mohan, Yadav remarked that Mohan is speaking about his own party, and there is little to comment on that. He added that Anand Mohan is a wise leader, and it would not be appropriate to make remarks about him.
Regarding Tej Pratap Yadav’s recent appearances with his family, Ram Kripal suggested that these instances reflect how connected they still are to their party. “What can you extract from family ties? A son will always be a son, regardless of any disagreements,” he stated, referring to Tej Pratap’s attendance at his nephew’s birthday party.
On the topic of the Supreme Court’s ruling about the SIR, he expressed support for the decision, stating that the elections were conducted under the supervision of the Election Commission. He noted that a thorough investigation was carried out, leading to the removal of individuals who were illegally listed as voters, including some foreign nationals.
Commenting on the heatwave affecting the country, Yadav urged everyone to heed the Prime Minister’s appeal to avoid unnecessary outings during the day. He believes that people will listen to PM Modi’s advice.
