Fazilka, August 24: The local women’s welfare committee has expressed its gratitude and respect for the armed forces protecting the nation’s borders. On Sunday, they dedicated 1,100 special Rakhis to the military. This event took place at the Asafwala War Memorial, located a few kilometers from Fazilka, under the banner “Rakhi Sarhad Ke Naam—National Defense Honor, Sisters’ Pride.”
The atmosphere of the event was filled with patriotism, gratitude, and respect for the military. Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria attended as the chief guest.
