Prime Minister Modi Urges Citizens to Stay Aware and Avoid Rumors Amid Global Turmoil

New Delhi, March 29: Amid the challenges posed by conflicts in West Asia, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged citizens to remain vigilant and avoid falling prey to rumors. In his address, he expressed confidence that together, the nation can overcome these difficult times.

During the 132nd episode of his radio program “Mann Ki Baat,” Prime Minister Modi appealed to the public, stating, “Stay aware and do not be misled by rumors. Trust the information provided by the government and act based on that.”

He emphasized, “As always, I believe that just as we have overcome past crises with the strength of our 1.4 billion citizens, we will emerge from this challenging situation together.”

The Prime Minister noted that March has been a tumultuous month globally. He reminded everyone of the prolonged difficulties faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, expressing hope that the world would progress after overcoming the crisis. However, ongoing wars and conflicts have continued to disrupt peace in various regions.

PM Modi also expressed gratitude to Gulf countries for their assistance to Indians in conflict zones. He mentioned that there is currently severe warfare in neighboring regions, affecting millions of families with relatives working in these areas, particularly in the Gulf. “I am deeply thankful to the Gulf nations for providing all kinds of support to over ten million Indians there,” he added.
