Oil India Limited Announces 49 Vacancies Including Junior Engineer, Apply by June 8

New Delhi, May 31: Oil India Limited (OIL) has issued an official notification inviting applications for 49 positions under a special recruitment drive for eligible candidates with disabilities from Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. The openings include various Grade-3 and Grade-4 roles.

The available positions consist of 1 Junior Technician (Electronics Mechanic), 6 Junior Technicians (Fitter), 3 Junior Technicians (Instrument Mechanic), 2 Junior Technicians (Surveyor), 33 Junior Office Assistants, and 4 Junior Engineers (Electrical).

The online application process for these positions has commenced, with the deadline set for June 8. Interested candidates can submit their registration forms on the official website before the last date.

Applicants must have completed Class 10 from a recognized institution or university, along with a trade certificate in Electronics Mechanic/Fitter/Instrument Mechanic/Surveyor (NCVT/SCVT). Additionally, candidates should possess a diploma or certificate in Computer Applications (minimum 6 months) after completing Class 12, a 3-year diploma in Electrical Engineering, and a valid electrical supervisor qualification certificate issued by the Assam Government’s Electrical Licensing Board (Parts 1, 2, 3, and 4). All candidates must also meet other specified eligibility criteria and skills.

The minimum age for applicants is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is 40 years, calculated as of the application deadline. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.

Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a computer-based test (CBT) and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹26,600 to ₹145,000, with the online examination scheduled for July 27, consisting of 100 marks.
