Noida, April 29: A petition has been filed by advocate Subhash Chandran with the National Human Rights Commission and the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights regarding the labor protests in Noida.
The petition alleges that during the protests, several children were arrested and unlawfully detained. Such a situation is unacceptable under any circumstances.
The petition demands the immediate release of all detained youths and children. It also calls for a fair and independent investigation into the matter. Previously, a large number of workers from various companies in Noida united to protest, primarily demanding a wage increase.
