New Executive Committee of All India Sahitya Parishad Udaipur Unit Formed for 2025-2028

Udaipur, 1 September (Kiran News). The new executive committee of the All India Sahitya Parishad’s Udaipur unit for the term 2025 to 2028 was formed and sworn in at a ceremony held in the seminar hall of the guest house at Mohanlal Sukhadia University.

Department convener Dr. Ashish Sisodia outlined the guiding principles of the Parishad and highlighted the important role of litterateurs in society. Dr. Sisodia then announced the newly formed committee, unanimously appointing Asha Pandey Ojha ‘Asha’ as President.

The Patron Board of the Parishad’s metropolitan unit will include Colonel Prof. S.S. Sarangdevot, Dr. Dev Kothari, Prof. P.K. Dashora, Prof. M.G. Varshney, Dr. Pradeep Kumawat, A.K. Gupta, Dr. Kundan Kothari, Dr. Chandrakanta Bansal, and Lokesh Chandra Parekh.

The newly appointed President, Asha Pandey Ojha, shared that the Vice Presidents will be Gaurikant Sharma, Kapil Paliwal, Dr. Upvan Pandya Ujala, and Bansi Lal Lohar. The committee will also include Sunita Nimish Singh as General Secretary, Sanjay Gupta Devesh Ji as Treasurer, Vijay Maru as Secretary, and Dr. Priyanka Bhatt as Joint Secretary. Jaidev Singh Ujjwal has been appointed District Organization Minister, Manish Saxena as Joint District Organization Minister, Laxmi Lal Khatik as Publicity Minister, Prem Gurjar and Chandresh Chhatlani as Joint Publicity Ministers, Dr. Kamini Vyas Rawal as Women’s Minister, and Dr. Pushpa Kalal and Swati Shakunt as Joint Women’s Ministers.

The new committee members took the oath of office at the event. In her address, President Asha Pandey Ojha thanked everyone and reaffirmed her commitment to increasing the unit’s participation in literary activities and taking the Parishad’s initiatives to villages across the region.
