New Developments in Patna Coaching Institute Controversy Following Serious Allegations Against Khan Sir

Patna, June 15: The controversy surrounding Khan Global Studies took a significant turn on Monday when Roshan Anand, released from Beur Jail after being granted bail by a civil court, made serious allegations against Faisal Khan (Khan Sir).

Speaking to the media after his release, Roshan Anand, director of Gyaan Bindu Coaching Institute, claimed that his brother Prince Yadav’s death was not accidental but part of a planned conspiracy.

He directly accused Faisal Khan and RS Prasad of being involved in the case. According to Anand, his brother was safe outside of jail, but shortly after his incarceration, he died under suspicious circumstances.

Anand asserted that these events raise serious questions and necessitate a thorough investigation. He demanded a fair and high-level inquiry into Prince Yadav’s death to uncover the real conspiracy behind the incident.

He also alleged that the narrative changed after CCTV footage of the shooting and vandalism incident at Khan Global Studies was made public. Anand noted that contradictions between earlier claims and the footage have heightened doubts regarding the sequence of events.

The controversy intensified after Prince Yadav’s body was found in a hotel room in Biratnagar, Nepal, on Sunday. Initial reports indicated that there were signs of injury on the body, although officials have yet to confirm the cause of death.

Given the suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident, Nepal police are conducting a detailed investigation. Reports also indicated that Prince Yadav had already been named as a suspect in the FIR filed after the vandalism and stone-pelting incident at Khan Global Studies on June 2.

Roshan Anand was arrested on June 3 in connection with the coaching institute violence and remained in judicial custody for nearly 12 days before being granted bail.

His lawyer, senior advocate Ramakant Sharma, stated that during the hearing, the court advised both parties to maintain professional conduct. According to Sharma, the court emphasized that educators should engage in healthy academic competition rather than criminal disputes, and a teacher’s behavior should align with their professional standards.

Following his release, Roshan Anand immediately headed to Saharsa, where his brother’s last rites are to be performed.
