Netanyahu Praises IDF During Security Review, Expresses Pride in Citizens

Tel Aviv, March 21: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu conducted a high-level security assessment at the Central Command of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Friday. During this review, he commended the IDF for its operations under the Israeli Security Agency’s “Roaring Lion” initiative.

Netanyahu noted significant changes in the security situation on the ground since the onset of the “War of Redemption,” highlighted by a remarkable decrease in terrorist incidents.

In a post on the social media platform X, he stated, “Since the start of the War of Redemption, there has been a significant change on the ground, evident in the notable decline in terrorist attacks.”

The Prime Minister condemned those who criticize IDF commanders, asserting that these leaders work tirelessly for the safety of Israel and all its citizens. He expressed his full support for them.

Earlier, Netanyahu encouraged citizens, saying, “During this challenging time, I am proud of you. I admire your steadfastness, responsibility, and patience.”

He expressed pride in the way families, including parents, children, and teaching staff, are coping with these difficult circumstances. Netanyahu mentioned that the government is working cautiously to reopen schools, aiming to restore stability, security, and a regular routine for children as much as possible.

The Prime Minister emphasized that he and his colleagues are committed to reducing the burden on citizens, strengthening the economy, assisting reserve soldiers and their families, and striving to achieve all campaign objectives.

He remarked that the resilience displayed by citizens and adherence to the directives of the Home Front Command empower them to work with determination for Israel’s security and the future of their children.
