NEET-PG 2026 Schedule Released: Exam on August 30, Applications Now Open

New Delhi, July 1: A significant update has emerged for candidates preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-PG) 2026. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) officially released the schedule for NEET-PG 2026 through a notification on its website on Wednesday.

According to the schedule issued by NBEMS, the NEET-PG 2026 will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) format on August 30 at various centers across the country. The application process began online on Wednesday at 5 PM, with the deadline for submissions set for July 21.

Candidates intending to take the NEET-PG this year can complete their registration process successfully on the NBEMS official website until 11:55 PM on the final date.

NBEMS will inform candidates about their examination city via the official website on August 11. The results for NEET-PG are expected to be announced on September 30.

In the notification, NBEMS clarified that the allocation of test cities or centers for NEET-PG 2026 is not related to the early submission of application forms. There is no entitlement to preference for any specific test state, city, or center.

Candidates are advised to read the notification carefully before applying and not to wait until the last date to complete the online application process. After the deadline, NBEMS will not consider any requests for late submissions.

It is recommended that candidates check the official notification on the NBEMS website for eligibility criteria, fee structure, exam pattern, and other details regarding NEET-PG 2026.
